Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for our digital services (such as digital marketing, branding, website development, and creative solutions). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to generate and convert leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for digital services sales through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Pitch and present digital solutions effectively to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Client Servicing Executive

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Job Summary:

As a CS - Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As Client Account at Adze, you'll get to:

  • Provide hands-on support with delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to create visually engaging content that aligns with the client's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Review and provide feedback on graphic designs, videos, and other marketing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Implement project management tools and systems to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed to build rapport and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1 to 2 Years in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
